The world got faster. Nobody updated the manual.

We're expected to perform, connect, recover, and show up all at once, every day. And when it gets too much, the system tells us to wait 18 weeks for help. Most people don't wait. They just keep going until something breaks. That's not a personal failure; it's a gap nobody has filled. Until now.

I watched my mother disappear. Slowly, then all at once.

hey. I'm Alina.

She was an ICU nurse. The kind of person who held everyone else together. For years before the collapse, she had been living with autoimmune diseases that nobody connected to the stress and anxiety she was carrying for years. Then one day, she collapsed. The scans found nothing they were looking for, and at home, I was navigating situations nobody is teaching you, not the creative psychosis type. I became desperate to find solutions, and I thought psychiatry and therapy would stabilise things. For a while.

Eight years later, she had a stroke. Four weeks in a coma.

After years of CBT therapy and other healing mediums, an undetected stroke happened again. No answers from the doctors, making decision for my mother, hoping being there everyday will help.

Being strong, for a lot of people, just means enduring quietly until you can't.

I've lived in 7 countries and built a career in high-pressure environments. Everywhere I went, I saw the same thing. Capable, driven people slowly falling apart, with nothing practical to help them handle stress everyday except therapy that most people can't even access; the healthcare system is overloaded.

InnerOn is what I wish had existed for my mum. And for me. For anyone who's been carrying too much, for too long, without anyone noticing.

You know what it feels like to be at your best. You just haven't felt it in a while.

That version of you, focused, patient, present isn't gone. It's just buried under everything you've been carrying. InnerOn helps you find your way back to it.

On a good day

You make decisions without second-guessing yourself. You're patient. You get home and you're actually there.

On a hard day

Small things feel big. You snap, then feel bad about it. You go to bed still carrying the day.

InnerOn

Helps you notice which kind of day it's becoming, early enough to do something about it.

Short exercises that fit into a real day. Before a difficult conversation, after a draining meeting, or when you just can't wind down.

Most apps track what you do, InnerOn tracks how you actually are.

Steps, sleep, calories, those things matter. But they don't tell you why you snapped at someone you love, or why you can't concentrate even when you've slept well. InnerOn looks at the whole person, not just the data.

Your head

When you're foggy and distracted, it's hard to know why. InnerOn helps you understand what's underneath it, so you can actually think again.

Your energy

You're not just tired. You've been running on empty for a while. Knowing that is the first step to actually resting.

Your body

Tension in your shoulders. A tight chest. Trouble sleeping. Your body has been trying to tell you something. InnerOn helps you listen.

It doesn't arrive all at once. It builds quietly.

You don't notice it happening. One day you realise you've been half-present for months. In every part of your life.

Self

You can't remember the last time you felt genuinely okay. Not performing okay. Actually okay.

Work

You're getting things done, but it costs more than it used to. The same tasks feel heavier.

Social

You cancel plans more than you used to. When you do go, part of you is somewhere else.

Relationships

You love the people around you. But lately you've been giving them the leftover version of yourself.

Body

You're not sick exactly. But you're not well either. Something feels slightly off and has for a while.

Mind

Your thoughts race at night. During the day, you can't hold onto them. Both at once, somehow.

Grounded in physiology, positive psychology and body-based research.

The people closest to you feel it before you do.

You're in the room. You're trying. But something's not quite there. Your partner feels it. Your kids feel it. You feel it too, even if you haven't said it out loud.

When you understand what's going on inside you, you stop leaking it onto the people you love. That's what InnerOn is for.

Half-listening → Actually listening

Snapping easily → Genuine patience

Physically there → Mentally there too

Looking after yourself isn't selfish. It's probably one of the kindest things you can do for the people around you.

Human connection is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health. So we made it easy.

That's why we run IRL events. Real people, real conversations, in the same room.

★★★★★

"From the beginning, this format made me relax. I stopped thinking about what to say and just became present. This is different from anything I've experienced before. I didn't want it to end."

Social Atelier, London

★★★★★

"I've been in my head and kind of isolated. I showed up with no expectation, a bit nervous. And it was so nice. I became more aware of myself while learning from others on what I normally wouldn't discuss. It felt safe to talk about this here."

Walk the Talk, Paris

The best leaders we know don't wait for people to break. They create the conditions for people to stay whole.

Stress doesn't show up in a performance review. It shows up months earlier, in the small things: the shorter replies, the missed details, the person who used to be full of ideas going quiet. InnerOn gives your team something to work with before it gets to that point.

For People Leaders & HR Teams

You're probably already spending

Most companies with 50 or more employees spend £200 to £500 per person per year on wellbeing. The question is whether it's reaching the people who actually need it.

What it costs when nothing changes

Low wellbeing costs £10,500 per employee per year. High wellbeing costs £4,200. That £6,300 gap is real, and it grows quietly. (Fruitful & L&G, 2024)
